PROPERTIES

Appearance	:	Clear pale yellow Liquid
Ionic Nature	:	Nontoionic
Solubility		:	Miscible with water in all proportions.
Stability	:	Stable under conditions encountered in dyeing and 
		stripping of colours. 
Shelf Life	:	Six Month

APPLICATION

Leveller LA finds wide application for producing level dyeings with Disperse, Vat, Acid and other class of dyestuffs. When used in higher concentrations, Leveller LA acts as a mild stripping agent.

RECOMMENDATION

As leveling agent for vat dyeing	1.0 g/l
For Direct, Basic, Solubilised Vats	0.25 to 0.5 g/l
As a stripping agent for Vat dyes	8to10 g/l in stripping bath containing:
	Caustic Soda Flasks	       3to4 g/l
	Hydrosulphite(80 Deg. to 90 Deg.)  5to6 g/l

For acid colours	4% Leveller LA in stripping bath with:
	Rongalite		        5% to 7% 
	Formic acid(80 Deg.to90 Deg.)          2% to 3%
