CHEMICAL NATURE

Based on TrichlorotoBenzene.

PROPERTIES

Appearance	:	Yellowish Brown Liquid
Ionic Nature	:	Anionic
Solubility	:	Easily emulsifier with water. 
PH 	:	7  (1% Solution)
Shelf Life	:	Four Month

APPLICATION

Carrier TC is suitable for dyeing of Polyester and its blends. It is particularly suitable for dyeing of texturised polyester material as it facilitates dyeing at lower temperature.

RECOMMENDATION

1) Carrier Dyeing:                           
The material is treated at 60 C using 2 to 3 g/l Carrier TC and 1 to 2 g/l Ammonium sulphate, by adjusting pH to about 5.5 using formic acid, for about 15 to 20 minutes. Temperature of bath is then raised to boil and dyeing is continued for about 60 to 90  minutes.


2) High Temperature dyeing:

      0.5to1.0% Carrier  TC on weight of material.

Dyeing Temperature:

	Polyester & Polyester/Cotton	120  to 130 C for 1 hours.
	Polyester/ Wool		105  to 110 C for 1 hours
	Texturised Polyester		110 C for 1 hours

PACKING         :              50 Kgs. Plastic Carboys.
