Based on DMDHU type Cross-linking Agent.

PROPERTIES

Appearance         : Pale Yellow Liquid
Ionic Nature        : Non Ionic  
Solubility             : Miscible with water in all proportions.
Stability               : Compatible with other finishing agents normally used in the bath
PH                        : 4 (1% Soln)
Shelf Life             : One Year

APPLICATION

Surkoset DM is widely used as a cross linking agent having built in catalyst system for wash-n-wear finishing of cotton and other cellulosic as well as Polyester/Cellulosic blended fabrics. It imparts good anticrease properties to cellulosic fibre either by the conventional curing process or shock condensation process at 180 C for 30 to 45 seconds without yellowing. Usual after treatments may not be necessary when Surkoset DM is used for finishing when normal concentration is used.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. For anticrease finishing of Cotton and Other cellulosic fabrics.
    Surkoset DM	80 to  120 gpl
    Chemisoft PE	15 to 20   gpl
    
     Pad, dry at 100 to 120 C and cure at 140 to 150 C for 5 to 3 minutes.

2.  For anticrease finishing of Polyester/Cellulosic blends.
     Surkoset DM	60 to 100 gpl
     Chemisoft PE	          10 gpl
     Silicone Emulsion	          10 gpl

     Pad, shock cure at 180 C for 45 seconds.
