PVA Dispersion With Plasticizer

CHEMICAL NATURE  

Based on Polyvinyl Acetate Dispersion, containing plasticisers.


PROPERTIES

Appearance	:	White pourable paste
Ionic Nature                   	:         	Nonionic 
Solubility	:    	Can be diluted with cold as well as hot water.
PH	:	Weakly acidic (1% dispersion)
Stability	:	Stable to hard water.
Shelf Life	:	Good. 

APPLICATION

VINOL EM 5000 is used for white and coloured khadi printing & Textile Auxillaries.

Guideline recipes for white khadi printing are as follows:

a) Soft Khadi

Print, dry and cure at 140 C for 5 Minutes.

For producing colored khadi prints, pigment emulsion is added to white khadi paste, depending upon the requirements.
