A) WHITE KHADI 

30 Parts 	Titanium dioxide
30 Parts 	Acrytex  9400
32 Parts	Stock Paste (10% Acryrtex Binder ALN )
3 Parts	10% Pidivyl (Plastisized Grades)
2 Parts	Fixer HCL	
1 Parts	Liquor NH ( for thickening of paste as per requirement)
2 Parts	Urea if required, add
2 Parts	Fixer HCL just before printing.

B) YELLOW DISCHARGE KHADI

20 Parts	Acrytex  9400
10 Parts 	Acrytex ALN
30 Parts	Titanium Dioxide
32 Parts	Stock Paste (10% Acrytex Binder ALN )
2 Parts	Pidivyl (Plastisized Grades)
2 Parts	Fixer HCL	
3 Parts	Safoline DS (discharging Agent)
1 Parts	Ammonia
2 Parts	Urea if required

Prints are dried and then cured at 150C for 4 to 5 minutes.

C) SUGGESTED RECIPE FOR FLOCKING 

ACRYTEX  9400 	80 to 90 Parts
Ammonia (20%)	4 to 6 Parts  ( Adjust pH 9.0 to 9.5)  
Fixer HCL		2 Parts	
		100 Parts
                        
The material is coated, flocked, dried and cured in normal way.

D) RECIPE FOR PEARL PRINTING 

18 to 20 Parts	Pearl Powder
50 to 60 Parts	Acrytex  9400
10    Parts	                Water
20 to 10 Parts	Kerosene
2.5   Parts 	Fixer HCL

Prints are dried and cured at 150C for 4 to 5 minutes.
